How to measure

If you wear equipment under your jersey, put it on first before measuring.

Chest measure (1) is the one to measure to find your size and other measures are for reference only.

* Measurement for (6) front and back is done between the clavicle and to te bottom of the jersey.

Waist (2). Measure with a rope.

The widest part of your hips.
With the feet together.

How to measure

Hand measurements should be taken while keeping your hand flat and from the junction of the line of your wrist and palm to the end of the longest finger.

Tips

  • Measurement at lower end ( <- ) of a size for a Loose fit
  • Measurement at “perfect” of a size for a Perfect fit
  • Measurement at the upper end ( -> ) of a size for a Tight fit

Chest

Place one end of the tape measure under your arm and wrap across the fullest part of your chest. Round up to the nearest half inch and mark the measurement.

Waist

Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Sleeve Length

Start at the centre back of the neck, measure across the shoulder to the elbow and down to the wrist. Round up to the nearest half inch.
