3. Shipping

3.1. The Products are shipped as per the information provided by the Customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of such information.

3.2. The Customer has the possibility to choose the delivery option of the ordered Products when he completes his order among the following:

• Within Canada
  • Flat Rate : $15 CAD
    • Include Tracking Number, approx 2 to 9 Business days Delivery

• • Economic Flat Rate : $5 CAD
    • Without a tracking Number, Only Available for a few items (If option available), Regular Mail, approx 10 and more business days Delivery.

• • Free Shipping : Orders Over $95 CAD
    • After Discount, Before tax, Include Tracking Number, Standard Ground Shipping

***Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and or Nunavut will not qualify for this promotion (Free Shipping). NIFTY5 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotions at any time.

• **Orders does not include Duties Fees. If applicable, it will be charge when customer will receive the package.

3.3. Nifty5 is not liable for any damage related to the delivery of the Products by the delivery services, including but not limited to, delays in delivery, damage or loss of the Products.

3.4. Some exceptions may apply. Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to change. Shipping times are estimates and will vary based on your ship to location. NIFTY5 will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by including but not limited to weather, holidays or natural disasters.
