Order

We ask for personal information when ordering. When a purchase is made by a customer residing in the United States, your order will be processed by our online store. If you receive an invoice from our Quickbook accounting system (refer to Quickbook’s privacy policy above), then you will pay the invoice with their integrated Shuttle Global system. Use and transmission of your personal data

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not keep customer passwords in archives. We use all of your information provided during your purchase to process your order and to fulfill our duty to deliver your package to you. Storage times for your data

Nifty5 keeps your order information on file when you place an order. We also keep all purchase orders, supplier information, athlete contracts and the dealer application and we have a backup of all of this on our OneDrive accessible only by the founder of the company. The primary source of this information is entirely kept under Quickbook. You can at any time request to delete your personal information or your visuals through our technology agent by writing to kevin@nifty-5.com When you stop using our services, the data used for billing , correspondence emails as well as your visual files are then deleted from the main computer.

We retain it (1) as long as necessary for the performance of the Services and the reason for collecting the personal information, or (2) as long as required by law.
